About Joseph

I have 9 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor of Arts in French. Throughout my career, I have taught school students, university learners, and professionals from different industries. Meeting people with different learning goals has made me a flexible and patient teacher.

One of my students needed French for a job opportunity with an international company. We focused on business conversations, professional vocabulary, and presentation skills over several months. The student successfully completed the interview and later shared the exciting news of receiving the position.

I enjoy creating a comfortable classroom where students never feel afraid to ask questions. I believe confidence grows when learners practice regularly and receive encouraging feedback. Every small improvement deserves recognition because it keeps motivation high.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French novels, exploring French cinema, and learning about regional traditions that I can introduce during lessons. About the lesson

I begin each course by identifying the learner's current strengths and the areas that need the most attention. This helps me prepare lessons that are both useful and enjoyable. Every session has a clear objective that builds on previous learning.

Grammar is taught using everyday examples instead of memorization alone. I introduce new vocabulary through conversations, reading passages, and interactive activities. Pronunciation improves through regular listening exercises and guided speaking practice.

Students practice real situations such as ordering food, attending interviews, traveling, and workplace discussions. Writing assignments help learners organize their thoughts while improving sentence accuracy. I also include French culture because understanding traditions and customs makes communication more natural.

Learners preparing for DELF or DALF receive structured practice with sample questions, speaking tasks, listening exercises, and writing activities. I provide detailed feedback after every lesson so students know exactly what to improve. Each class finishes with revision and practical exercises that reinforce long-term learning.
