About Bafana Solomon

I am a three-time graduate with Tshwane University of
Technology, holding a Post-Graduate Diploma in Performing Arts (2024), Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts (2022), and a National Diploma in Drama (2021, Cum Laude), Known for my technical precision and creative versatility as a multilingual actor, voiceover artist, poet, writer, musician, facilitator, Stunts & Combat performer, Drama Coach, Theatremaker, Puppeteer, Narrator and a Magician.

I have performed (and staged) at prestigious venues like the South African State Theatre (4 times), the National Arts Festival, Makhanda (2 times) and TX Theatre (3 times).

As a Drama Coach, and facilitator I had the privilege to work with students who are not experienced or trained in the arts, with my abilities as a coach/facilitator, the belief I have in my students and the confidence I give to them, we went on to stage beautiful works. Today they are still practicing and looking for opportunities. Today I have two students I am mentoring one has appeared on a TV show (for a Cameo) and one is registered with a higher institution of learning to study drama this year. My unique background in puppetry and card magic allows me to offer a highly adaptable, professional perspective to any creative or educational platform.

About the lesson

I lead with a unique, performance-based methodology that prioritizes creative freedom and fun through games and high-energy icebreakers. My lessons transform the classroom into a lab where students can use acting, voiceovers, puppetry, body movement, to explore their creative potential without judgment.

As a multilingual teacher, I bridge the gap between English and your mother tongue which includes, Xitsonga, isiZulu, Sepedi, IsiNdebele and Setswana to ensure that concepts are deeply understood in a comfortable linguistic environment.

These sessions are perfect for children and aspiring artists who want to build confidence and mastery through storytelling. Expect an active, playful experience that turns academic
hurdles into creative victories. Play with purpose.

I know bafana through him being my drama coach in tut .
He is very good at coaching he taught me how to tap jn and out of character mind you I was new in this whole thing and had a problem if facing my demons .I mean that I had a fear of taping in to face my demons but he made seem safe
So I would say he is good at coaching and takes each time on his students make sure they on their level work and comfortable as well
