About Mounika
I am an experienced English and communication skills trainer with 8+ years of professional experience in multinational companies, where I worked in roles involving quality, training, mentoring, communication, and team development. I also currently teach English and Public Speaking, helping learners improve their confidence and communication skills.
I teach Spoken English, Business English, Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Interview Preparation, and professional English. My approach is practical and focused on helping learners use English confidently in real-life and professional situations rather than simply memorizing grammar rules.
I work with learners at different levels and adapt my teaching style according to their individual goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

How my classes work
I first understand your current level, goals, and areas where you need improvement. Based on this, I create a learning approach suited to you.
Lessons can include guided conversations, role plays, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice, grammar correction, speaking exercises, presentations, mock interviews, and personalized feedback.
I encourage students to speak as much as possible during the session. Mistakes are treated as part of the learning process, and I provide clear, constructive corrections so that you can improve without feeling uncomfortable.
For learners who want to improve fluency, we can gradually increase the complexity of conversations and introduce real-life and professional situations.
For interview and public-speaking students, sessions can be highly practice-oriented, with repeated exercises and personalized feedback.

Details
My fee is ₹700 per hour for personalized online English classes for school students, college students and adults. Classes can focus on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation, communication skills, interview preparation, public speaking and writing according to the learner's goals. Discounted 5-hour and 10-hour packages are available for students who prefer regular practice. No additional travel or classroom charges apply for online classes.
