About Marium

I am a committed English tutor with a clear focus on helping students build strong, lasting foundations in language skills. My teaching is structured, disciplined, and tailored to each learner’s needs, ensuring steady and measurable improvement rather than short-term memorization.

I specialize in English language development, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, speaking, and elocution. My sessions are designed to strengthen both accuracy and confidence, with a strong emphasis on real communication skills. Each lesson is typically 1 to 1.5 hours, carefully planned to balance learning, practice, and review. This ensures students remain focused while still gaining enough repetition and application to retain what they learn effectively.

With an academic background in Computer Science and practical experience in tutoring and academic mentoring, I bring a logical and patient teaching approach. I am skilled at simplifying complex ideas and adapting my methods to suit different learning styles, whether a student needs foundational support or advanced refinement.

My classes are suitable for primary and secondary school students (approximately ages 7–17), including beginners, struggling learners, and those preparing for examinations. I also work with students who want to improve fluency, pronunciation, and elocution for academic or personal development purposes.

About the lesson

For elocution and speaking, I emphasize pronunciation, tone, fluency, and confidence-building exercises to help students express themselves clearly and naturally.

A typical lesson lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours. This duration is carefully designed to maintain focus while still allowing enough time for explanation, practice, and feedback. Each session is structured but adaptable depending on the student’s pace and needs.
