I am an experienced educator with a bachelor's in English from Cameron University and an MFA in Creative Writing, Fiction from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, where I work as adjunct English faculty. I have dedicated myself to studying writing and reading and consider myself to be a lifelong learner.

My experience teaching freshman-level English at the University of South Carolina has provided me with valuable insight to help students facilitate and strengthen their reading comprehension, analysis, and composition skills through inquiry-based learning, preparing them for success in college and beyond.
