About Johanna
I graduated from Oxford University (Regent's Park College) in 2014 with a BA in English Literature. I co-wrote 'The Art of Poetry' (volumes III, IV, XI), which are GCSE/A-Level English textbooks, some of my contributions of which were reviewed by the English Association as "remarkable". I am also a professional opera singer.
I have over 300 hours of tuition experience, 160 hours of which has been for the 11+, across a range of disciplines (English, Maths, Reasoning, essay technique and study skills). I have tutored students from the ages of 5-22, including SEN pupils. Apart from my teaching in the UK I was also Head of Teaching at an English Language summer school in southern China (2013) and was also a teacher in Zimbabwe and Sierra Leone.
