Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah, and I’m passionate about helping students of all ages build their skills, grow in confidence, and enjoy learning.

I have experience tutoring English and Mathematics, including teaching students of different ages and proficiency levels through Preply. I have also worked with Grade 3 and Grade 4 learners, which has strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, support different learning needs, and make lessons engaging.

I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance and encouragement. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and personalised. I take the time to understand each student's goals and challenges so that I can adapt my lessons to suit their individual needs.

My approach to tutoring is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student's individual needs, goals, and learning style. As an experienced Preply tutor, I have taught students of different ages and English levels, and I have also worked with Grade 3 and Grade 4 learners. This has helped me understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to make learning effective, enjoyable, and engaging.

I offer English and Mathematics tutoring, with a focus on building confidence, improving understanding, developing communication skills, and strengthening the foundations needed for academic success. My English lessons can include reading, comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking practice, writing, and grammar, depending on the student's goals. My Mathematics lessons focus on understanding concepts step by step, practising problem-solving, and developing the confidence to work independently.

I am proficient in English and conduct my lessons in English. During a typical lesson, I first identify the student's strengths and areas for improvement. I then explain the topic clearly, provide examples, work through activities together, and give the student opportunities to practise independently. I encourage questions and mistakes because they are an important part of learning. I also adjust the pace and difficulty of each lesson to ensure that the student feels supported while still being challenged.

My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced learners. Whether you need help with schoolwork, exam preparation, improving your English, strengthening your Mathematics skills, or simply becoming more confident, I aim to create a welcoming environment where you can make progress at your own pace.

My goal is not only to help students improve their results, but also to help them become more confident, independent, and motivated learners. I want every student to leave a lesson feeling that they have learned something valuable and are one step closer to achieving their goals.
