About Vinay

I am a retired telecommunications engineer with 39 years of professional experience. Over the course of my career I designed, built, and optimized complex communication systems that required deep mastery of physics, mathematics, and analytical problem solving — every single day. I did not just learn these subjects in a classroom. I lived them in the real world for nearly four decades.
I earned my Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and later my MBA, graduating as Gold Medalist and Valedictorian. Academic excellence has always been important to me — not as a trophy, but as a foundation for doing meaningful work.
As a father, I put that same dedication into tutoring my two children through their school years. Both of them are now in medical school. That is not luck — that is the result of consistent, patient, and structured guidance from an early age. I know what it takes to help a young person go from confusion to confidence in a subject that once felt impossible.
I am not a college student picking up a side job. I am not a classroom teacher rushing between 30 students. I am a seasoned professional who has chosen to dedicate this chapter of my life to something deeply rewarding — helping young students build the foundation they need to succeed.
When you work with me, you get someone who is fully present, endlessly patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. I have nothing to prove and nowhere to rush. My only goal in every session is to make sure you leave understanding more than when you arrived.

About the lesson

My lessons are built on one simple belief — every student can succeed in math and science when concepts are explained clearly, patiently, and connected to the real world.
With 39 years as a telecommunications engineer, I did not just study physics, chemistry, and mathematics — I used them every single day to solve real problems. That experience means I can show your child not just how to solve an equation, but why it matters and where it actually appears in the world around them. That connection changes everything for a struggling student.
My teaching style is calm, structured, and completely student-paced. I never rush. I never make a student feel embarrassed for not understanding. I ask questions, listen carefully, and find the explanation that clicks for that particular student — because every child learns differently.
I cover Physics, Chemistry, Basic Math, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus for students from elementary through high school. Each session is conducted online using live video and an interactive digital whiteboard, so the experience is hands-on and engaging — not just a lecture.
I also tutored both of my own children through their school years. They are now in medical school. The patience, structure, and encouragement I gave them is exactly what I bring to every student I work with.
