About Mara

With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of teaching Economics to more than 300 high school and college students. My passion for education has always been to make Economics clear, engaging, and practical, so learners can see its real value in everyday life and future careers. Over the years, I have guided students through exams, projects, and assignments, helping many achieve top grades and gain confidence in their abilities. A key milestone in my career has been seeing students who once struggled with the subject develop a strong understanding and even a love for Economics. I believe every learner has potential, and my role is to bring out the best in them. My mission is to inspire, support, and prepare students not just for academic success but also for practical decision-making in the real world.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology in Economics is centered on clear communication, real-life examples, and practical case studies that make concepts easier to connect with. I believe Economics is not just about theory but about understanding choices, trade-offs, and strategies that affect our daily lives. By using relatable situations and real-world case studies, I help students see how economic principles apply to businesses, governments, and individuals.

Integrity is an important part of my teaching. I ensure that explanations are honest, accurate, and tailored to the student’s learning pace. I break down complex topics like microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics into simple steps while encouraging active participation and critical thinking.

Besides Economics, I can also support related subjects where problem-solving and analytical skills are key. My aim is to equip students with the confidence to analyze, evaluate, and apply knowledge effectively in exams and real scenarios.
