I am a dedicated education professional, holding a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, an MBA, and a Master's degree from the UK specialising in Human Resources. Currently working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within a prominent UK college, I have extensive, hands-on experience supporting diverse learners with Functional Skills (Maths and English), Business Studies, and IT curriculum requirements.
My advanced academic background in both technology and business management, combined with my daily UK classroom experience, allows me to understand exactly where students struggle.
