About the lesson

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese, deeply rooted in Chinese culture. My teaching approach is versatile, allowing me to tailor lessons to suit the unique needs and preferences of each student. Whether focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation with a professional and academic emphasis, or immersing in Chinese cultural traditions and stories, I adapt to diverse learning styles.

With a rich background as a private tutor in Hong Kong, I have successfully taught both children and adults. Additionally, my experience extends to teaching Chinese to foreigners, including my Turkish boyfriend haha! I am adept at creating a comfortable and effective learning environment for students of all levels and ages.

The typical length of my lessons ranges from 1 to 1.5 hours, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. My qualifications include a commendable score of (concealed information) (二級甲等) in the National Putonghua Proficiency Test (中國國家語言文字工作委員會普通話水平測試), showcasing my proficiency in Mandarin.
