About Lucy
I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and been Yoga Alliance certified for 4 years. I am also certified in Advanced Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy, through the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui (Melbourne, Australia 2010/2011) and also training with 5th generation Balinese healer, Guru Sumantra (Bali, Indonesia, 2009). I have further training (another 200 hour) specializing in Traditional Hatha Yoga (Sri Vidya lineage) and Kundalini. My most recent yoga teaching post was in the Blue Mountains, Sydney. Teaching yoga and meditation at Happy Buddha Retreat Centre.

Each class will have a potent theme related to moon practice (cultivating a clear, calm and stable mind), Solar practice (working with our energy body and building our pranic field) and Fire practice (ascending Kundalini energy into awakened prana shakti).
