As the child of two teachers, I grew up in a household that valued creativity and curiosity. I was encouraged to learn in my own way—something I never fully understood until years later, when I began training as an ADHD coach. Through that lens, I recognized that my unorthodox learning style wasn’t a weakness—it was an early example of what I now help my students uncover for themselves.
In my sessions, I guide students with ADHD and executive function challenges to discover how they learn best. We build strategies that support focus, confidence, and follow-through—whether we’re working on schoolwork, time management, or preparing for the GED.
My approach is strength-based, supportive, and tailored to each learner. I help students not only meet academic goals, but also gain tools they can use far beyond the classroom.
