About Rafiqul
I have given boxing lessons for at least 3 years teaching more than 30 students with a varying range of age and ability. All of my students have gone on to achieve their goals either in fitness or competitions. I have had 12 amateur fights myself.

My teaching method is very much student based. Meaning that I take into account individual needs. The lesson structure depends vastly on ability and how my students learn the best. As a tutor, I set high standards on technique that are non-negotiable however you will be given all the help possible to reach those standards.
