About Jennifer

Ciao! I'm a native Italian speaker with a passion for languages and a love for helping others learn. I've taught Italian in both Australia and Spain, guiding students to successfully achieve their language certifications. With a master’s degree in Italian literature (graduated with honors!), I know the ins and outs of the language—but I also believe the best way to learn is by making it fun and engaging!

I left Italy at 24, met my amazing husband in Australia, and now live here with him and our little one. Whether you want to chat about movies, music, or just master the art of ordering the perfect espresso in Italian, I’m here to help you learn in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. Let’s make Italian part of your everyday life!

Why I Teach?

Learning Italian should be an exciting journey, and I’m here to make it just that! I personalize every lesson to match your goals, whether you want to master conversation, get ready for a certification, or simply enjoy the beauty of the language in your own way.

How I Teach?

I believe the best way to learn is through real conversations and hands-on practice! My lessons focus on:
1. Speaking – no more shy moments; let’s talk!
2. Grammar made simple – learning how to use it naturally.
3. Listening & reading activities – from articles to songs, we’ll immerse in Italian culture.
4. Writing exercises – let’s make your written Italian flow easily.

Games, multimedia tools, and real-life materials ensure that learning stays fun, engaging, and aligned with your needs.

Reading and writing are important, but speaking is key! I believe the best way to learn a new language is through real conversations. I like to choose a main topic—music, cinema, sports, or whatever you prefer—and have engaging discussions with my students. This way, learning stays fun, and you improve quickly!

Lesson Details:

Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, but I’m happy to extend to 90 minutes if you want to dive deeper!

My Background:

I’m a native Italian with years of teaching experience across Australia and Spain. I hold a Master’s degree in Italian literature, and I’ve helped students—from beginners to advanced—reach their language goals, whether it's for work, travel, or just the joy of learning.

Who I Can Help?

I teach students of all levels, tailoring lessons to fit your personal needs. If you're looking to speak with confidence, improve your writing, or pass a certification, I’ve got you covered!

Location & Pricing:

$35 per hour
5 lessons for $166 ($33.20 per lesson)
10 lessons for $315 ($31.50 per lesson)
I offer lessons at my home with no extra charges. For other locations, we can discuss transportation costs based on your area.
