About Henry

I have been working in various educational settings for 7+ years. Most notably, I lead an educational consulting firm that provides experiential learning workshops and project-based learning curriculum to schools across Canada. I have had the pleasure of working with over 1000+ students and educators of all ages to create enriching learning experiences inspiring creativity and innovation.

About the lesson

I am an experienced and creative tutor specializing in French and English for K-12 students.

Each lesson is highly personalized to students' individual needs and interests. All learning materials are carefully selected ahead of the session to ensure they are relevant and motivating to the learner.

I have a particular interest in experiential, play-based, and project-based learning. While fundamental literacy skills are emphasized in my sessions, I also employ storytelling and the arts to enrich the experience. Depending on student interests, I like to use objects and manipulatives that contextualize learning. Sometimes we use LEGO to visualize sentence structure or use action figures & toys to explore vocabulary.
