About Aarushi

Hi Friends! My name is Aarushi Thakkar. I have an experience of 9 years in teaching. We help students develop a connection with their own self so as to come out of negative feelings. It's all about the journey of you towards you.

About the lesson

Stress comes when we are not able to be the best version of ourselves and somehow due to something and even ourselves we get held back. Relaxation becomes easy when we know ourselves and release the unnecessary tension. We help you develop such an attitude towards yourself.
