About Luna

I’m a Math tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Applied Mathematics. My passion lies in showing students how mathematics extends beyond numbers and into real-world decision-making. I use tools like game theory and optimization techniques to make complex ideas practical and engaging. One of my favorite topics to teach is the Nash equilibrium, where strategy and logic meet in fascinating ways. I also enjoy guiding students through linear programming, helping them visualize how constraints and objectives shape efficient outcomes. Cost-benefit analysis is another area where I bring clarity, connecting abstract math to everyday business choices. My strength lies in applying mathematical models to real strategic scenarios. Whether it’s economics, business management, or competitive markets, I help students see how mathematics becomes a powerful decision-making language. I believe learning is most impactful when students can immediately apply what they learn to problems they care about. My lessons are interactive, clear, and focused on building both confidence and insight. I’m committed to helping students not just solve problems, but also think critically and strategically. Together, we’ll explore how mathematics can give you a genuine edge in decision sciences.

About the lesson

I believe Math should feel less like a burden and more like a story worth discovering. With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I create warm, interactive lessons that connect directly with each student’s needs. My teaching style is rooted in storytelling, making abstract concepts relatable through real-life examples, historical anecdotes, and engaging puzzles. I specialize in helping students who struggle with math anxiety by breaking down numbers into patterns, visuals, and playful activities. Visual aids, simple games, and conceptual visualization bring clarity and confidence into the learning process. From calculus and pre-calculus to logical puzzles and pattern recognition, I make every session dynamic and approachable. For students preparing for Quant, Economics, or analytical reasoning, I provide focused guidance that leads to swift progress and lasting understanding. I also emphasize exam preparation and assignments with structured, personalized strategies. My lessons spark curiosity, encourage questions, and inspire a new way of seeing mathematics. Above all, I want my students to leave each session smiling—because math becomes fun, relatable, and something they can finally enjoy mastering.
