About Hannah
I have been giving lessons of all kinds since I was 16. It started as pitching lessons for some local children in my area and developed from there. Many of them went on to have successful high school careers. I was a trainer for about 2 years and was lucky enough to watch my clients succeed in weight loss, muscle tone and overall wellness.

I have been a trainer for ages 5-85 over the passed few years. I have experience in a group setting as well as one on one. Having an exercise science background allows me to use working knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help you achieve your goals.
