About Carisa
I am a former Division I golfer and recently got my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I am currently in my master's program of sport and exercise science and am also a strength and conditioning graduate assistant. I have extensive knowledge in all of the health sciences such as exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, exercise programming, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, etc.
