About Raquel

I am a coach with over 30 years of experience, known for the energy, passion and empathy that I bring to my work. I stand out for combining emotional sensitivity with a practical and personalized approach, adapting each workout to the needs and moments of each client. My goal is to help people achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle, inspiring confidence and connection. Living from the heart and "Moving better to live better" are my mottos.

About the lesson

My classes are 100% personalized, welcoming and focused on results. They combine specific exercises to improve mobility, strength and balance, while promoting physical and mental well-being. Even online, I create a genuine connection, motivating students with clear instructions and an empathetic approach, helping them overcome limits and invest in their health with confidence. Iryna é absolutamente fantástica! Um amor de pessoa, muito simpática e colaborativa. Ela já foi atleta no passado, por isso só temos de retomar o hábito da actividade física, para que ela volte a sentir-se no seu melhor!
