About Mal
I am an easy going person and I love working with people and helping them to be their best and guiding them through their subjects and what they have to learn. I also believe that learning always is very important in order to have a very good and happy life.
My background is in human and community services, education, disabilities, youth, childcare and family support, as well as in Police. I am currently working in a high school. I play the trumpet and guitar and I can also teach and help out with music lessons. I love walking and outdoor sports, as well as fishing, hiking and swimming, and volunteering.

First and foremost is to make sure that I can communicate and relate well to the student so that there are mutual respect and understanding. It is also important that the student is ready and confident enough to ask me anything during the lesson or class, as well as to suggest ideas. Helping the student to be a confident and creative learner is very important. Encouraging the student to be involved and understand the basics of his subject is very important. The teaching environment and relationship is important.
