I understand that people are busy and schedules change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event you must cancel an appointment and you've already passed the 24 hour point, you will be charged for $15 for cancellation up to 4 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full amount of $30. I have to be strict about this because a lot of time and energy goes into creating and maintaining my schedule behind the scenes. Thank you for your cooperation!
