I hold a B.Sc in Information Technology and an M.Sc in Business Intelligence, with 10 years of experience teaching Excel and data-related tools. My academic background helped me understand how structured data analysis supports effective decision-making across industries. My teaching approach is hands-on, clear, and goal-oriented.
