About Romi
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and have 9 years of experience teaching Excel to students and professionals. My interest in data handling and technology led me to specialize in spreadsheet tools and their practical applications. I believe that Excel should be taught in a simple and effective way so students can use it confidently. My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and step-by-step learning.
I adapt my teaching methods based on each student’s needs and pace of learning. Beginners are guided carefully to build a strong foundation, while intermediate learners improve their efficiency and understanding. Advanced students focus on solving complex data tasks and improving productivity. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing regularly and improving steadily.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring new tools and techniques related to data analysis, which helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. This ensures students learn practical and current skills. Helping learners gain confidence in Excel is one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.

My Excel lessons are designed to help students understand how to organize, manage, and analyze data effectively using spreadsheets. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving step by step.
Lessons are planned according to each student’s level and learning goals. Beginners start with basic navigation, simple formulas, and formatting techniques to build confidence. Intermediate learners focus on functions such as IF statements, VLOOKUP, and data sorting methods. Advanced students work on dashboards, data analysis tools, and improving workflow efficiency. Each lesson includes hands-on practice and feedback to ensure steady progress and better understanding.
The goal of my Excel lessons is to help students become confident in managing and analyzing data efficiently. They learn to organize information, solve problems, and present data clearly. Lessons are structured and practical, helping students build useful skills for academic and professional use.
