About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 6 years of experience and a BSc in Financial Mathematics. I specialize in helping students explore the practical applications of mathematics in civil engineering and architecture. My lessons focus on connecting abstract concepts to real-world construction projects. We work on structural analysis, understanding how forces distribute across beams and supports. I guide students through load distribution and stress calculations, making complex problems approachable. Geometric modeling is a key part of my teaching, helping learners visualize designs before they’re built. I also introduce optimization techniques to create efficient, safe, and innovative structures. My goal is to show how mathematics shapes the world around us. I use examples from actual building projects to make abstract principles tangible. Each session is tailored to the student’s level, ensuring concepts are both clear and engaging. I’m passionate about fostering confidence and problem-solving skills. Together, we’ll build strong mathematical foundations for creative and robust architectural designs.
