About Teige
Whether it is helping you to connect with Shakespeare, teaching you how to research and write an essay, or helping you to develop and improve your own creative writing, I will work closely with you to find the key to your comfort with the material and give you the tools to confidently tackle the task. I do not believe that there can ever be a one size fits all approach. While directing a children’s summer theatre production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” I rewrote the lines for a boy with learning difficulties. By changing his lines into nursery rhymes, a form with which the boy was familiar and comfortable, I was able to give him a larger role than anyone thought that he could handle . He was fantastic and very proud.
Playing one of the mechanicals in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” is more exciting than writing an essay about them, but my enthusiasm for helping you get the very best out of the work is the same. If you are willing to work to improve, I would love to work with you.
