About Eileen
Hello! My name is Eileen (pronounced I Lean). I'm 39 years old, and am from Scotland. I was employed for 6 years teaching Oral English at a university in Henan province, and then for 3 years teaching English at a Middle-school in Guizhou province. I left China to study for my masters in TESOL to further develop my teaching abilities and to learn more about how to help my students grow their abilities as users of the English language.

As my lessons focus on developing the spoken English skills of International students coming to the UK for the first time.
I aim to incorporate areas that are useful or interesting to you! If you want to improve your EFL skills for university, we can incorporate your chosen field of study, or if you want to be better at chatting with the locals - then chitchat is where we can focus.
My lessons are intended to not feel like a painful study session, but rather like a pleasant chat, however, with my years of teaching experience our lessons could be a little more vigorous should that be what you want out of them.
