About Lion

I am a committed ESL tutor with 14 years of professional experience, helping students of all levels build strong and confident English communication skills. Over the 14 years, I have successfully taught more than 150 students from different educational and cultural backgrounds. My goal is to help learners improve not only their language ability but also their confidence in using English in real life. I strongly believe in personalised learning. Every student has different goals, learning speeds, and challenges, so I design my lessons according to individual needs. Whether a student is preparing for school exams, job interviews, workplace communication, or daily conversation, my lessons are carefully structured to support their specific objectives. My teaching method focuses on clear explanations, practical exercises, and real-life communication practice. I work on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while encouraging students to speak naturally and confidently. I also focus on pronunciation, fluency, and sentence structure. One of my strongest skills is patience. I understand that language learning takes time, and I support students at every stage without pressure. I provide regular feedback and positive motivation to help learners stay focused and make steady progress. With strong communication skills and dedication to student success, I aim to make English learning a comfortable and rewarding experience.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching philosophy is grounded in flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, creating an inclusive space for learners from all backgrounds. Empathy allows me to address emotional challenges that affect language learning. Compassion helps me encourage steady improvement without pressure. Through clear communication, students understand exactly how to improve. Collaboration allows learners to participate actively in planning lessons and setting language goals. Along with ESL, I also teach spoken English, communication skills, and academic language development.
