About Eva
I have a bachelor's degree in Art History and Sociology. I furthered my education in 2018 and completed a post-graduate diploma course in Law. I hope to obtain a master's in Law in the near future.
I have been an ESL Teacher for over 4 years and in this time I have taught learners from the ages of 3 years old, to adults of all levels, nationalities and abilities. I have taught abroad in Ireland, Italy and Canada, in a traditional classroom setting and exam preparation classes.

My methodology usually depends on the class and their learning types. However I have found that Communicative language teaching (CLT) is highly beneficial to everyone. With this, the focus is to enable the learner to communicate effectively and appropriately in the various situations she would be likely to find herself in. I achieve this by basing each lesson on specific topics. In my classes mother tongues are always avoided and there is emphasis on good pronunciation.
