MY APPROACH TO TUTORING IS TO FIRST AND FOREMOST ESTABLISH A GOOD TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIP BY GETTING TO KNOW MY STUDENTS IN TERMS OF THEIR IIDENTITY, THEIR PERSONALITIES AND WHERE THEY FIND PASSION IN EDUCATION, AND WHAT THEY WANT TO LEARN SO THAT I AM ABLE TO HELP BUILD ON THEIR LEARNING EXPERIENCE. MY METHOD IS TO SEE WHAT TYPE OF A LEARNER THEY ARE, WHAT THEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES ARE IN DIFFERENT FIELDS, WITH THIS I AM ABLE TO ESTABLSH A LEARNING METHOD THAT BEST SUITS THEIR ABILITIES TO HELP THEM GROW AS AN INDIVIDUAL. I AM ABLE TO TEACH PRIMARY SCHOOL LEVEL AS WELL AS YEAR 7&8 IN ESL, SCIENCE, AND LITERATURE
