I have had the opportunity to observe Jessica teach on a number of occasions. She is truly a gifted teacher - clear, engaging, always prepared, and read to respond to and adapt to students as she teaches. Jessica's extensive experience with teaching and deep understanding of languages comes through in her delivery. Jessica has a lovely calm manner in the classroom that makes people of all ages and backgrounds feel comfortable with her.

The most impressive thing that I recall from Jessica's lessons that I observed was how she managed to make sure that students were at the centre of the lesson, constantly practising with interesting and varied activities while she was always present - offering direction, giving feedback, correcting errors.
