About Jessica

About me: I am a foreign language teacher in the high school in Italy, more than 3 years in the sector. I graduated in Foreign Languages and Cultures and Linguistic Mediation, including English, French, Spanish and Japanese. I also obtained the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) in Oxford in 2019. Services: I also prepare for international language certifications (CAMBRIDGE, TOEFL, ..) and I can help you in research and the organization of linguistic stays, having contact with several language schools abroad. Specializing in wine-food vocabulary as I am a certified sommelier.

About the lesson

My teaching method is mainly focused on CONVERSATION, one of the biggest difficulties for foreign language learners. But in order to converse a little grammar we will still need;) In addition, I give much importance to listening PASSIVE, being a new area of research on learning (I still study applied linguistics to stay Updated).
