Yigit has been a coach leader and mentor for 2 years. His system is unique compared to others, I would like to thank him. Also, he has been my tutor for bodybuilding too, as during the pandemic Covid-19 I was not able to go to the gym, I needed to learn some exercise to do without harming my body and muscles. He helped me with my nutrition plan and workout program for 10 lectures. Thanks to him, I have realised a considerable change in my body.
