About Naresh
• I am Naresh Nehra - Health & Fitness Coach. I had an MBA; a fancy degree; many people dream of; and started my career in HR. But deep down something was missing. I felt disconnected, uninspired and physically drained from the constant 9-5 grind. I guess I was made for something else..at that time I was not sure though what was it! Fitness had always been my escape right from my college years; it will always clear my mind and motivate to push my limits. It started as a passion; a side hustle; but soon it became my purpose...and slowly I turned this passion into a career. I am on a mission to help busy working professionals to Stay Fit & Healthy
