About Avinash
Hi, a warm welcome to my profile. In the field of fitness I am associated for more than 5 years now. I'm a LEVEL 4 PERSONAL TRAINER recognized from EREPS(European Registrar of Exercise Professionals) and a CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST from ACE(American Council On Exercise). My scope of training is really vast which included posture correction, lifestyle management, fat loss, muscle gain, performance enhancement to lower back pain rectification. My guidance includes both in terms of exercise and also with diet.
Coming to my education background I am B.COM graduate from Ravenshaw University combining with CA-Intermediate and apprenticeship.
I assure any goals which you have in the mind will definitely be achieved.
