I have known Victoria for 17 years and she is a very close friend of mine. Victoria is an extremely hard worker, not to mention intelligent. Her skills in working with people and children, for that matter, are phenomenal. She is kind, caring, and trustworthy. Her determination plays a role in everything she does and she rarely ever falls short in her word. I highly recommend her for any job presented to her.
