About Sharanya

With 2+ years of vocal coaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Choral Conducting (Vocal Emphasis), I’ve dedicated my career to helping singers prepare for the professional recording environment. I train artists not just to sing, but to record intelligently. My work focuses on commercial styles like R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic—genres that demand both precision and feel. From working with middle and high school vocalists to coaching indie artists and adult singers, I tailor my approach to every student's goals. In our sessions, we’ll go deep into mic technique, studio presence, compression control, auto-tune blending, and layered harmonies. I’ll also teach you how to work effectively with producers so your creative vision stays intact. Recording music is different from performing it live—and knowing that difference is key. I want you to walk into the studio prepared, not overwhelmed. With the right training, your voice can command attention on any track. I’m here to help you develop technical control, creative confidence, and a sound that’s uniquely yours.

About the lesson

I teach singing with a focus on creativity, connection, and personal artistry. My lessons support students who want to write their own songs, accompany themselves, and perform with authenticity. Whether you’re learning piano chords or experimenting with melodies, I meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work on lyrical flow, melodic phrasing, and making stylistic choices that reflect your message. I also coach students on building their first demos using simple tools and home setups. We use interactive methods like co-writing, call-and-response, and performance exercises to explore your musical identity. I specialise in supporting singers who perform in group settings or balance multiple musical influences. Each lesson moves you forward with structured, thoughtful guidance. I care deeply about your progress and will track your growth with intention. Your voice is more than technique—it’s your instrument for storytelling.
