About Talita
When I did my GCSE's I remember the overwhelming feeling of pressure when it came to my english exams. Finding a structure and flow to writing essays was something I learnt is personalised despite the stereotype of using PEEL paragraphs. learning from my struggle and how i managed to get an A* at both GCSE (and A Level) will help you to form concise arguments that will get you into that top band.
My main goal is to help my students feel confident when they sit and write an essay, have a spelling test etc. whatever your goal is I want to be there to help in any way I can! As a university english student I have learnt lots of new ways to organise revision, create study timetables that work that I can provide. I hope to see you soon :)

my approach to teaching is a split between individual study with guidance and tutorials where i use my own examples from past exams to help demonstrate how to achieve the marking criteria.
a typical lesson length would be an hour and i normally teach 11-16 year olds but I am looking to also help A-Level students!
I have tutored relatives for years sporadically which has helped me gain teaching experience and increase my comfortability with students.
