About Amber
I am currently studying Business Administration at the UvA.
I think English is a very important subject and from my experience I have learned that my students benefit more because English is my native language. It helps a lot in constructing sentences correctly, speaking fluently with a neat accent and pronunciation skills.
I encourage my students and try to teach in the most interesting ways to capture their attention and keep them motivated. Learning in a fun way always brings good grades!

I try to combine my lessons with both writing and speaking, because they are both very important for the English profession. I base it on what my student is currently studying, whether it is homework or exam practice.
I also like to teach my lessons in an interesting way. For example; I give exercises based on the students' interests so that they stay more focused, but at the same time enjoy learning. This way they develop faster and much better.
