About Demi
I am a passionate English tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Professional Writing. Children’s books are at the center of my teaching. Stories bring language to life.
I work with emergent readers and early elementary students as they develop foundational skills. We move step by step. I strengthen reading comprehension by encouraging discussion and helping children understand key ideas.
Phonological awareness is developed through rhyming games and sound practice. We explore language in playful ways. Interactive storytelling and engaging picture books keep students excited about learning. Joy builds motivation.
