About Zoe

I am a very kind, caring and friendly person who loves helping others succeed in their studies and challenges. My love and focus in teaching is to help students achieve and succeed in their study goals.

I am a Bachelor of Psychological Science graduate (from Deakin University) and am currently completing my Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Therefore, as a fellow student myself, I love helping students overcome the overwhelming challenges of studying, in a fun, non-judgmental, understanding and supportive learning environment with lots of writing, reading and creative thinking.

About the lesson

- First session: We will work together to establish your needs and goals as well as to discuss your learning style and interests. We will also talk about what areas you believe you need extra support in so that we have a common goal and build a friendly, supportive, and comfortable learning environment.
- Subsequent sessions: In our sessions, we will work on preparing you for upcoming assessments as well as combating the sometimes-overwhelming anxiety that comes with deadlines.
- Sessions may range between 1-2 hours, depending on preference and needs.
- I encourage students to feel confident and empowered to ask any questions and to actively participate in their learning.
- Friendly one-to-one guidance and support.
- 24/7 text support for emergency study questions.

As a fellow student in higher education, the importance of personalized learning and addressing each student's unique study needs, is the core of my tutoring style.
