About Esther
Hello! My name is Esther and I am an A-Level student studying English Literature, History, Religious Studies and an EPQ. I am predicted an A* in English Literature have achieved an A* in my mocks, and earned a Grade 9 at GCSE. I am passionate about English and reading and aspire to study English at university, with offers from top UK universities including Cambridge. Coming from a family of teachers, I understand the importance of education and personalised learning. I have experience tutoring children aged 4–14, helping them develop reading, writing and literacy skills. I have also volunteered with students aged 12–13 at my school who are struggling with literacy, supporting them to improve their reading confidence. Additionally, I have helped GCSE English students in both Language and Literature to strengthen their essay-writing skills and achieve top grades.

My online lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. They can follow the school curriculum or focus on broader skills such as reading comprehension, creative writing, literacy confidence, or exam preparation. I am flexible and can adapt my teaching style to suit each child’s learning preferences. Available after 6 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday / after 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Friday
