About Michael

I have worked for and been employed directly by a variety of schools, universities, private language institutes, and have attained certificated IELTS Examiner status. I was employed for 8 years as the head teacher of the largest franchised language school in Thailand based in Bangkok (ecc Thailand). I worked as a lecturer in English at the most famous university in the North of Thailand for 3 years where I did research into the CEFR and taught Business English, English for negotiation, English for public speaking etc. I was also employed full time for 2 years by a Fortune 500 company to teach TOEIC to 400 senior managers (Autoliv Thailand). I have almost 35 years’ experience of team management, account management, and teaching.

About the lesson

I have well-developed communication and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and a highly creative style, and I am versed in training and development strategies to transform performance. I have excellent coaching skills having taught English and business, in a variety of learning environments both in the UK and abroad. I have seen hundreds of learners reach their intended goals in business, language assessment tests, and career change.
