I have known Mary Roadruck for 25 years, having met her as a colleague in my first year of teaching foreign language at the high school level. Mary is an intellectually brilliant person whose compassion and understanding of teaching methods and educational psychology are evident in the success of her students, who blossom with with their success. She is creative and able to adapt lessons to the needs of her students, works well independently as well as in a team, and truly cares for students while holding them to high standards.
