Through my experience teaching in a classroom and my studies in TEFL I have been able to build myself professionally and develop my teaching strategies to best facilitate student learning. I am passionate about creating a rich and nurturing learning environment for all my students so that they can achieve their learning goals and reach their highest potentials.
A typical lesson consists of an introduction to the topic to have students connect their prior knowledge to the day's learning. Following this are personalized multimodal activities where students will actively build their English language skills through practicing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening while also receiving ongoing feedback. Finally, students will complete a quick lesson conclusion activity that helps reinforce the day's learning.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my passion for developing young minds and my dedication to creating a safe, inclusive classroom. Not only do I provide rich, authentic, and engaging lessons, but I am also committed to offering a better education to any child, no matter their circumstances.
My lessons are designed for learners who are aged K-7 with any level of English proficiency.
