About Katherine

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Communication before completing a Master of Arts in Applied English Linguistics. Over the past 9 years, I have helped students develop language skills that support personal, academic, and professional success. My interest in communication and education inspired me to become a teacher. Working with diverse learners has strengthened my ability to adapt instruction to different needs and goals.

My teaching approach emphasizes clarity, encouragement, and active engagement. I enjoy helping students discover practical ways to use English beyond the classroom. Lessons are designed to build confidence through meaningful communication rather than simple memorization. Students are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and develop their own voice in English. This creates a positive and supportive learning experience.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading contemporary literature, studying language development, and exploring communication trends. These interests help keep lessons relevant and engaging. Watching students become more confident speakers and writers is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I believe every learner can achieve meaningful progress with the right support and guidance. My goal is to help students communicate with confidence and clarity in any situation.

About the lesson
