About Chloe
My name is Chloe Poole and I am 19 years old going into my first year at LJMU. I have recently sat 3 A-Levels: English Literature, Media Studies and Psychology therefore I can empathise with the exam stress students feel. After Uni, I hope to become an English Teacher therefore tutoring you will give me the experience I need to be a great teacher. I offer tutoring because I love to inspire students to reach their full potential. I am very patient so you don't have to feel nervous about not understanding your subject. I will provide you with actually useful resources that we can revise together, making you exam ready! In my free time, I love to write poetry to allow me creative freedom and I have read my poems out at several open mic nights. I have a true passion for English and hope my enthusiasm for the subject can motivate you too!

I am here to offer additional help to primary/secondary school students alongside their studies. Within the first session, I will build a relationship with the student by introducing myself, talking through the subject and explaining how our sessions work. I will gain an understanding of what they are currently learning in school, and highlight areas of concern/where improvement is needed. From this initial discussion, I can create personal resources for the student that they can work from. I will help with revision techniques/ideas, exam prep and create achievable goals that we can work towards in order to see improvement. I am empathetic and understand that everyone learns differently, and at a different pace, therefore I provide a personalised, useful learning experience for each student. Lessons are 1 hour long, but I can accommodate to your specific requests.
