About Alice
I am an English Major (currently completing my degree) with solid ESL teaching experience. I place high focus on comprehension, creative expression, and effective language use, no matter your language ability. Through teaching in the ESL industry I grown aware of the need to have guidance in effective language usage in both spoken and written language. I help students utilise their existing skills, helping them to grow confident in using English in any environment.

I teach a mixture of classes that relate to current affairs, literature, topic choices, and the specific requests of my students. I push my students to think critically and to apply their existing language knowledge as broadly ass possible while remaining sensitive to their respective needs and backgrounds.
My classes are a place to engage in discussions, share new skills, and develop both creatively and constructively.

Details
All lessons are charged at R200 per hour with the freedom for classes to close naturally rather than at the exact time. Cancellations without prior notice of at least 2 hours will be charged in full. Reduced rates are offered and agreed upon by both myself and the student.
