About Eleanor
I want to teach because I want to spread the joy of English and the way it can transform someone’s life. I have had a passion for English since I was a child, being surrounded by stories and books my whole childhood; as well as helping my mum when she was studying for her degree in English literature. My passion for English has spread to all areas of my life, my love for film, theatre and music all come from my love of English and creativeness.

In my lessons I like to focus on the child and making sure that they are fully engaged. In the first lesson I try to get to know the child and learn how they best retain information and learn, then from that I would curate specific plans as to how to teach the child the best way for them to fully retain the information; but also stay engaged in what they are learning and to keep a sense of passion for english.
