About Zoi
My name is Zoi and I am a fourth year at Glasgow University specialising in Shakespeare Studies but was born and bred in London (so yes I do have that classic RP accent to boot). I enjoy everything literature and, having experienced the dread of GCSEs and A-Levels first-hand during my years at Cheltenham Ladies' College, understand the rigidity of England's exams system and just how frustrating it can be. Even so, I would love to help you make battle in these tough times whilst ensuring you maintain, or gain, a profound love for reading and writing.
For anyone developing their conversational English, I am myself learning German and Serbian, so understand the innate difficulties of acquiring a new language. Most of my experience lies in working with teenagers and young adults, and the TEFL Level 5 qualification I am currently working towards means I am more than capable of helping you gain fluency in English.

I teach English Lit GCSE and A-Level students alongside anyone seeking to improve their spoken English. Classes are generally one hour long and tailored to suit your individual needs (whatever those may be). I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am in the process of completing a Level 5 TEFL course. I also have experience working as an assistant teacher in the UK and as a tutor abroad.
